Why not see where we can go?Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for supporting completion of higher complexity compliance audits for Claims.A key focus is on providing ongoing file maintenance and administrative support to Quality Assurance Managers, Specialists and Consultants as well as supporting the overall quality assurance process.In addition to this the Senior Claims Quality Assurance Officer will support the QA team with the aggregation of results, trend analysis and reporting of findings to claims management.Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience within Life Insurance Claims Quality Assurance or Life Insurnace Claims processes.
  • Reasonable written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Claims and company-wide procedures, policies and guidelines
  • Knowledge of a range of standard computer software, e.g. Microsoft Office, email.
