  • Coordinate the TAAG EMEA (global adops team). Some of main activities: 3P trackers implementation prioritization/reviews/legal compliance, trafficking issues/prioritization requests, new CM Floodlights implementations,…;
  • Project Management, coordinating different stakeholders on tech integration and activations projects, respecting deliverables and timings (e.g. mCAPI, 1P hashed (Enhanced Conversion+ Epsilon), DCR, dataLayer enhancements,…)
  • Escalation point for troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Implement best practices for ad operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting digital advertising
  • Evaluate and recommend new ad technologies, platforms, and vendors to enhance campaign performance and efficiency
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or ad tech roles.
  • Proficiency in ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager), demand-side platforms (DSPs) and Tag Management System (mainly GTM)
  • In-dept knowledge of AdOps workflows and tasks (e.g. trafficking, tagging strategy, ad-trackers implementation, QA)
  • Proficiency in adtech solutions, in particular AdVerification, DCO (Google Studio), cookieless tracking
  • Good knowledge of data and audience management solutions like DMP, CDP and DCR
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and ad tag implementation is a plus.
  • Strong Project Management skills, with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
