- Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm
- Work one-on-one, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Develop and implement personalised learning plans, utilising a variety of teaching resources and methods.
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a cohesive support network for the students.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, progress reports, and relevant information.
- Proven experience as an SEN TA or in a similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding of various special educational needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students with SEN succeed.
- Relevant qualifications in education or special education (desirable).
