Due to continued growth, I’m looking for a Bid Manager to join a Major Engineering Group.My client is looking for a Bid Manager with significant experience and understanding of complex rail infrastructure.As Bid Manager you will be joining an established team with low attrition, and a culture where personal development is encouraged.Crucially, you should be able to develop compelling winning propositions and manage the lifecycle of the bidding activity.Role Requirements

Successful delivery of bids, from inception through PQQ and ITT stage, to client interviews, and feedback
Ideally have experience of Shipley bid process, to produce high quality bid submissions.
An ability to converse at all levels seamlessly, with superb interpersonal and communication skills
Drive Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment
Must be customer centric, understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs
