- Sending daily FA calendar emails, HESI schedules, appointment emails, and additional daily reports as requested by the Director of Admissions.
- Accurate and timely data entry of enrollment agreements, inquiries, and interviews, along with processing change of status forms.
- Confirming test scores are entered into our systems and following up on any missing scores.
- Assisting the front desk with daily coverage of lunches and breaks.
- Processing all enrollments from interviews to future start dates.
- Collecting and processing all required documents, including student transcripts and criminal background checks.
- Maintaining knowledge of all admissions administrative policies, processes, and procedures and providing onsite training as needed.
- Creating and preparing campus reports and handling waitlist program documents.
- Ordering and maintaining all admissions collateral, including program materials and uniforms.
- Keeping staff informed of catalog updates, tuition changes, and policy updates.
- Maintaining an updated spreadsheet of current and future enrollments to ensure file accuracy.
- Performing various other administrative tasks and assisting with events as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) are required; college degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in database and data entry.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with CAMPUS VUE, Broadleaf, and CRM systems is desired.
