⦁ Full time – 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday
⦁ Shifts range between 6am – 2pm

  • Responsible for the production of cold food in our central production based at Dunfermline Campus .
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Serving on the hot counter
  • Food prep including preparing sandwiches, salads, paninis and deserts.
  • Food production and service
  • Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required
  • Restock Goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
  • Clean back of house areas, crockery & cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
  • Clean and tidy counter and other public areas
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
  • Undertake relevant training as required
Experience⦁ Previous kitchen experience/food prep experience would be beneficial
⦁ Must be a reliable team player with excellent attention to detail
⦁ Knowledge of Allergen law is essential
⦁ Great customer service skills
⦁ A DBS check is required
