From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.We're seeking a seasoned professional in acquisition strategy and operations to drive key cross-functional projects and initiatives globally. This role will work with partners like Monetization Strategy, Finance, Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure the highest quality output of goals, measurement, creative, and conversion. Furthermore, this role will work with regional functions to share and adopt key results globally.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Monetization Strategy and Finance to ensure alignment with overall business goals, focusing on new SMB advertiser and new revenue growth.
- Drive global acquisition strategy of SMB advertisers. Identify new growth opportunities by leveraging customer insights and product data. Collaborate with regional teams/channel owners to initiate, test and scale programs to achieve business goals.
- Build region/channel forecast and budget plan to meet revenue and ROI targets, as well as accurate budget management.
- Establish measurement frameworks (attribution, incrementality framework, etc.) and KPIs with PM and DS.
- Orchestrate internal operations review to assess business health, present critical insights, and facilitate quick decision-making and issue resolution.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (PM, DS, DE, RD) to prioritize projects and standardize processes.Qualifications:Qualifications
- 7+ years of acquisition strategy, business operations, consulting, investment banking or related analytical experience. B2B/SMB experience preferred.
- Experience with growth efforts in international scope. Knowledge of paid media, growth marketing and product operations.
- Track record of success in performance and/or ROI objectives, strong customer insights, commerce sense and business urgency.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills, able to get buy-in from leadership and key XFN stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and with quality.Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing, incrementality.
- Fast learner with a strong sense of judgment and original thinking.
- Capable of thriving in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.
- Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
