How will you power what's possible?Location: Villa Rica PlantShift: Day Shift but flexiblePay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00Job DescriptionGENERAL SUMMARYHandle a variety of personnel related administrative duties in support of the People & Culture Services team.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the P&C functions and duties.2. Provide clerical and administrative support3. Compile and update employee records.4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)5. Coordinate P&C projects (meetings, training, surveys, reviews, etc.) and take minutes.6. Deal with employee requests regarding People & Culture issues.7. Manage job applicant flowPERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS1. Experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative2. Position preferred PC literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)3. Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS helpful4. Excellent organizational skills5. Strong communications skills6.
