- Control vendor accounts properly, and work with hoteliers, supervisors, and customers of TBS to resolve any conflicts that arise.
- Ensure that payment is made in a timely manner.
- Analyzing revenue with the Spotfire system.
- Taking action to prevent late repayment through tourism areas in collaboration with the supervisor and TUI Deutschland's risk control department.
- Report and prepare master data for the disbursement and repayment of tourist loans/advance payments, including the preparation of interest and repayment invoices.
- Clarification of differences and financial statements related to monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
- Cooperation with TBS' contractual partners and customers.
- Solid German and English language skills ( B2 or above).
- Finance, Accounting, Commercial or Management diploma.
- Experience in controlling and/or accounting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral
- Good interpersonal skills including persuasiveness and/or assertiveness skills
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload
- Advantageous to have experience in Accounts Payable/Finance roles and using SAP, CO, Oracle
