- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail and parcels.
- Preparing welcome messages and greetings for VIPs.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issuance of visitor badges)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level with working experience in an MNC environment
- 2 - 3 years working experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Computer Savvy and proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under stress, tight schedule and multi task.
