Job Description & RequirementsSalary: $2200- $2400 (depending on experience)Working Location: 10 mins walk from Tuas Link MRT5.5 Working daysWorking Timing: 8.30am-6.00pm(Mon-Fri),8.30am- 12.30pm(Sat)Job DescriptionPerform front desk, manage office tidness and administrative duties.Meet and greet clients and visitors at the reception.Organize conference and meeting room bookings.Booking of air tickets, visa and other traveling documents for traveling colleagues or important guests and maintain travel schedules.Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distribute items.Provide general administrative and clerical support.Monitor and maintain office equipment (Printer toner / Stationery / Pantry).Courier Fees record and payment.Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.Prepare new hires’ workstations and phones.Maintains security and telecommunications system.Support company-wide activities, including organizing vendors, venue, for company’s quarterly and annual parties.RequirementsO level and aboveMUST GOOD ENGLISHProficient with MS Word / Excel / PowerPointProactive, willingly to learn and also a team playerMeticulous, organized.Able to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to multi-task and work under pressurePossesses good communication skillsWell-groomed
