- Develop comprehensive account strategies aligned with clients' business goals to drive growth in the region.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on solutions and industry trends.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform account strategies.
- Negotiate contract renewals, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Accurately forecast revenues, margins and expenses.
- Motivate, inspire and guide the team to achieve high performance.
- Strong sales acumen with 5+ years of experience in whole-solution selling.
- Experience in security systems or IT environments.
- Experience developing strategic sales plans for large geographical territories.
- Major client and account relationship management experience, with experience managing relationships with dealers/distributors.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in growing and coaching people with high potential.
- Excellent business casing skills to assist clients with attaining budget.
- Top notch presentation skills, ideally having had some formal training in public speaking.
- Outstanding written communication.
- Experience guiding clients through whole-system upgrades from legacy hardware/software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Bonus points if you also consider yourself a technical individual who has experience working with either TCP/IP connected hardware or networked software (or both).
