- Responsible for building, planning and maintaining successful business relationships and communicating with key customers
- Preparation of statistics, sales reports and a strategic activity plan
- Participation in the preparation and execution of the quarterly sales meetings
- Close cooperation with the hotel managers in relation to any customer events and/ or on-site inspections
- Active participation in the planning and implementation of the action plans of the sales department and budgeting measures
- Manage strategic key accounts from acquisition to execution.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies for the hotel, offering commercial attention and advisory support to other departments.
- Managing a team of 3 people
- Reporting into the General Manager
- Representation and participation in national trade fairs and congresses
- Encouragement of active new customer acquisition and cross-selling as well as support for existing customers in the assigned sales areas and segments
- Degree or diploma in hotel or hospitality management
- Min 2 years of professional experience in sales
- Excellent negotiation skills
