- Develops and implements policies and procedures for the Gifting, Front Desk and Kitchen Teams.
- Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and staffing of the Sales Gallery Teams.
- Responsible for ensuring the Sales Gallery Coordinators are stocking the Pre Packs daily.
- Ensures that exceptional customer service standards are practiced, and scripts are followed by the Sales Gallery Teams.
- Respond to customer complaints as necessary.
- Responsible Managing and maintaining the Premium Inventory.
- Responsible for Petty Cash management.
- Ensures the leads are performing their opening and closing duties accurately.
- Performs all Sales Gallery Lead duties and Sales Gallery Coordinator Duties as needed.
- Support all Month End Close days.
- Available to work nights, holidays and weekends.
