- Lead by example and provide guidance to junior Sales Associates, assisting in their training and development.
- Provide excellent customer service by establishing rapport with customers, addressing their needs, offering personalized recommendations
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies, and effectively communicate this information to customers and team members.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, securing the store, and other operational tasks.
- Provide feedback to store management on customer trends, product feedback, and any other relevant information.
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and sizing, and offer personalised recommendations.
- Capture and utilise customer data to enhance their shopping experience and build brand loyalty, complying with all GDPR requirements.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work as part of a team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of store sales goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Strong communication and ability to lead by example.
- Enthusiastic and personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
