- Create and define social media content strategies and frameworks for the LEGO social media platforms.
- Work alongside the creative teams to help inspire, craft and optimise world class content to build LEGO brand Love, grow the channels and generate commercial impact.
- Combine creativity and effectiveness through strong understanding of audiences, social listening, trends and channel thinking.
- Use data and research to inform your approach, whilst being open to creative innovation and exploration.
- Strong storytelling, persuasive pitching and partner engagement to get teams excited and onboard with your thinking.
- Support your colleagues to refine their thinking, and build relationships across LEGO to create engaging experiences.
- Interested and curious about the world, challenges our view, and brings new perspectives to how we work.
- The social world is your playground, your thumbs get a daily work out from the scrolling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as META, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Proven record of activating social media channel strategies; together with experience working with channels / media owners to develop creative and executional thinking.
- In depth understanding of developing social media content strategies, content frameworks and creative briefings to inspire and supporting the creation of world class content.
- Excellent analytical skills; understanding digital channel and content measurement and connecting digital KPIs with overall marketing and business objectives, optimizing content creation, use and performance
- Significant experience in a social strategy role.
- Experience of using data-driven planning tools, audience insight (qual and quant) and effectiveness data to build plans.
- Ability to stay ahead and move with consumer behaviors, technology platforms, and cultural shifts.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and emotional to be a key member of our team.
- Desire to stay close to projects throughout their life cycle to maintaining strategic and creative excellence.
- Passion for creating communication work that has an impact, that matters and that’s memorable.
- Experience within a global strategy/planning context beneficial or working within a ‘multiple markets / regional’ capacity.
- Excellent presentation skills.
