PhD Program DirectorThe EGADE Business School invites applications for the PhD Program director position. The position would be accountable of the leadership of doctoral programs, including their design as well as their implementation with high standards of quality and innovation. This also includes coordination of an academic faculty, attraction and selection of students, assurance of learning resources and infrastructure, as well as collaboration with teachers and instances that benefit learning.The successful candidates will also be expected to conduct research and contribute to the service requirements of the department, school, and the community.General Requirements● Ph.D. in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship/Finance/Economics from an AACSB accredited doctoral program with emphasis in any of the above listed areas.
● Publications in refereed journals or a well-developed research agenda with the potential for sustained publications in high quality journals.
● Experience supervising Ph.D. students in the areas of business, entrepreneurship, and finance.
● Professional work experience in Business Industry (desirable).
● Commitment to high quality teaching as evidenced by student evaluations.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills.
