You coordinate the activities of your assigned projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. You will be in daily contact with our clients, subcontractors and your KONE colleagues (supervisors, fitters, quantity surveyors, planners, document controllers,..). You will be the coordinator, keeping all parties working together smoothly.What would a typical day look like?You will be overseeing and monitoring the execution of the installation project. You will work with your colleagues in the installation team, to ensure productivity gains and qualitive outcomesYou will be in direct contact with our clients. You are their main point-of-contact for their questions and concernsYou will review project proposal to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectYou will establish a work plan and staffing for each phase of projectYou oversee the planning of delivery and storage of materials to the site(s)You coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budgetYou aim to be an energizing leader who gets the best of others and strives to exceed customer expectationsWhat will help you succeed in this role?Strong Project Management skills (the size and complexities of these projects require someone with previous experience as a Project Manager)You have preferably worked in the lift industry before.
