This school is dedicated to supporting the holistic development of every child, working closely with families, the community, and relevant authorities to provide the best possible support to all learners.This educational setting caters to children and young adults aged 7-19 years and offers excellent training and development opportunities. Ideal candidates may possess the following:
  • Ability to work with learners facing various learning difficulties.
  • Confidence in supporting group activities across different subjects.
  • Access to own transportation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Desirable but not essential qualifications include NVQ level 2 in Teaching and Learning, and GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
Your duties will involve:
  • Assisting students during class to ensure they stay on track.
  • Collaborating with the class teacher to ensure smooth class operation.
  • Helping learners access the curriculum.
  • Supporting learners' pastoral needs.
  • Actively contributing to the learning environment.
  • Providing support to learners individually and in small groups throughout the day, using your interests to engage them in learning.
