Business Analyst - Process Mapping and Project Migration

• Document current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate process reengineering
• Collaborate with operations to create a process inventory for the in-scope processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve, migrate, and embed processes and roles to the Global Service Centre.
• Lead process mapping workshops with Operations to capture current processes, procedures, systems, and controls.
• Work closely with operational owners and key stakeholders to implement approved future processes and maximize efficiencies
• Support change management activities related to process improvement and migration, including planning, preparation, stakeholder engagement, and communication
• Coordinate work shadowing and training, track completion of training, identify training gaps, and provide remediation.
• Identify and address issues, risks, and dependencies, and participate in problem resolution.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and provide regular updates.
• Prepare relevant materials and document outputs for project meetings.

• 5+ years of work experience in a Project Management/Business Analyst area; applicants with Process Mapping and Project Migration is a must
• Strong experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen, continuous improvement, and business process reengineering.
• Experience in change and improvement projects, including process mapping, redesign, and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Good understanding of business processes such as Accounting, Payroll, and Payment is advantageous.
• Ability to overcome adversity and resistance to change and influence others.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive work attitude.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
