- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all contracts
- Manage the implementation of contracts throughout the organization
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract terms are being met
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to staff on contract-related matters
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in contract managementRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of contract law and legal requirements
- Proficiency in contract management software
- Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and agreementsBenefits:
