Job Title: Contracts ManagerLocation: Johannesburg, South AfricaRPO Recruitment, a reputable recruitment agency, are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's team in Johannesburg. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contracts and agreements made by the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and managing the implementation of contracts throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.Responsibilities:- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and other third parties
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all contracts
- Manage the implementation of contracts throughout the organization
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract terms are being met
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to staff on contract-related matters
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in contract managementRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of contract law and legal requirements
- Proficiency in contract management software
- Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and agreementsBenefits:
