If you're passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation and want to grow in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!” – Grzegorz, Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Customer to CashWhat you will doDevelop and maintain financial data models, algorithms, and analytical tools to support strategic decision-making and financial planning processes (SAP and Salesforce as main data source)Design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our analytics platform (DBT, Snowflake, Azure Machine learning, Microsoft Power Platform as main data platforms)Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand operational teams requirements, develop dashboards and reports to track process efficiency performance and metrics (Accounts Receivable, Credit Risk, Bad Debt Management, Billing and Customer Care teams in scope of core operations)Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and root cause analysis to identify key drivers of customer payment behavior and areas for improvementWork closely with our IT, Solution Architects and Information Architects to design and maintain data analytics architectureStay current with industry trends and best practices in finance analytics and data engineeringWho you areYou have a University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldYou have minimum 5 years of experience in finance analytics, financial modeling, or data engineering rolesYou present strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DAX) for data analysis and manipulationWork experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning platform is considered an assetYou are familiar with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data manipulation and automationYou have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard developmentYou demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insightsYou are skilled in communication in fluent English and collaboration with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentThis is what we offer for youA meaningful job – We have an inspiring purpose ‘We create a future beyond fossils.
