- Develop strategic relationships with key clients to accomplish significant organic growth and strategic long-term company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify and understand ideal customer profiles.
- Utilise various strategies to generate leads, such as attending industry events, networking, and social selling.
- Research and qualify potential leads, assessing their needs and fit with the company's offerings
- Maintain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Build, maintain and grow a healthy pipeline.
- Primarily the role is focused on selling rSIM®, but the candidate should proactively identify and pursue additional business opportunities that CSL can serve.
- Deliver high quality responses/pricing/proposals.
- Develop win-win solutions for both company and client via effective contract negotiation.
- Attend relevant industry exhibitions, forums, seminars, trades shows, awards and events.
- Occasional EU and UK travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
- Assist in the onboarding and handover to Account Management teams
- Work with marketing to fill the top of the funnel with relevant leads.
- Attend commercial and operational stakeholder meetings/reviews and ensure full governance.
- Flawless communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively convey the company's value proposition.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure profitable agreements.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to exceed targets.
- Time management skills to handle multiple leads and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify new business opportunities.
- Confidence to work autonomously and liaise with a mix of individuals.
- A keen eye for detail with excellent organisational skills.
- A strong team player who can collaborate on truly diverse projects.
- Adept at talking to people from different backgrounds, you should have experience managing a discussions over Teams and improving working relationships with clients.
- Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Current UK driving licence.
