• Experience managing IT assets and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello, as well as data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, or Python.
• Expertise in dashboard and visualization development using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.
