- Content Development: Steer the content creation process collaborating with influencers to ensure authenticity and true alignment with our brand’s spirit while resonating with their audience.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee every aspect of influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, within budget and meeting compliance requirements.
- Performance Analysis: Use your sharp skills with social media analytics tools to track how well our campaigns are doing and find ways to make them even better.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid knowledge of social media analytics tools with competence in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to plan, develop, and execute influencer marketing campaigns, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
- Empathy towards influencers, passion for social media and digital culture with adaptability to new trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

- Having experience in e-commerce, especially within beauty or similar fields.
- Demonstrated ability in managing projects, coordinating teams, and meeting deadlines, which is vital for successful campaign execution.
