Recovery, PMO Operations - SPX Express

• Oversee and facilitate the PTL process to ensure timely resolution of lost parcel cases.
• Analyse driver ticket performance, working with different stakeholders to ensure a smooth claim process and success rate
• Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop dashboards and tools as required
• Investigate and resolve exceptional handling parcels on daily basis

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholder
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose actionable solutions.
