- Plan and manage the development, launch and lifecycle of digital products and services, including developing marketing plans (sales and service included), training, and supporting customer adoption.
- Evaluate the performance of digital products and services using performance indicators and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, using these insights to continuously adjust and improve the digital product strategy.
