(1) Ensure successful inventory management throughout the supply chain, ensuring timely availability, with corrects inventories level in all the chain (factories, transit and markets).
(2) Ensures that new product introductions are timely executed while meeting service, cash and cost targets.
(3) Lead market drumbeat in order to control DOI, anticipate and mitigate risk of excess, obsolescence and out of stocks.
(4) Assist and support the manager S&OP in preparation and facilitation of market S&OP, identifying main drivers, opportunities and risks while ensuring the outcome is seamlessly integrated into the subsequent supply chain planning processes
(5) Responsible for supply performance, process excellence, continuous improvement and adherence/implementation of global standards and reporting requirements.Main Accountabilities:
- Lead Markets Drumbeat in a weekly process with Comercial, Logistics and Factory Planning, to guarantee the correct supply to the market, complying with the IMS of NPI and established inventory policies. Identifying and mitigating OOS or LOGD risks
- Collaborate with the Global Category Team, Regional Customer Service and Markets to manage products lifecycle. (1) Ensure specific care for new product introduction by aligning plans with the different stakeholders, assessing their impact in terms of service, cash and cost. (2) Ensure the plans are reflect into Production Plan, follow up and monitor their execution.
- Assist and support the preparation of the market S&OP meetings. (1) Advise Customer Service (Regional, local) of variances between existing inventories, plans, actuals, budgets. (2) Drive alignment of plans and/or corrective actions in supply that will improve our supply chain metrics in the area of cost, cash and services. (3) Report on supply performance through standard KPIs, dashboard and reporting. (4) Monitor the supply planning metrics and use root cause analysis to resolve largest gaps.

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance.
- Min. 3 years of experience in End Supply Chain / Integrated Business Planning Processes knowledge/experience.
- Advanced knowledge of data processing techniques and systems (SQL, Power BI tools etc.) is a strong plus.
- Ability to lead S&OP meetings and Project management skills are strong plus.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions.
- Knowledge of Finance principles; ability to use financial concepts & terminology and principles of PM budget cycle.
- APICS certification and/or certification in Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus
