You will join China Purchasing Team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:您将加入中国国区采购团队，工作地点为苏州，您的主要工作职责包括：

To be responsible for fulfilling purchasing activities of indirect material request from different departments 负责实施来自不同部门的间接物料采购需求的采购；
To assess and develop new potential suppliers and to maintain the supplier database to be most competitive in market 评估、开发新的潜在供应商，维护以达成市场上具有竞争力的供应商群体
To request for quotation from supplier side and make quotation comparison 根据流程询价并比价分析；
Negotiating with suppliers for commercial terms to nominate supplier and ensure the best lead time and price 与供应商进行商务方面的谈判，选定合适的供应商并确保优质的交货周期和价格；
To be responsible for contracting, ordering, following up order/delivery and payment arrangement for purchased goods; To maintain the relevant contracts and keep all records up to date 负责采购物品的合同审核、订单维护、订单交货及付款等方面；维护相关合同，确保所有信息及时更新；
To solve the problems related to supplier; Supplier Performance management 解决供应商相关的日常问题；供应商绩效管理；
Understand, accept and comply with the related HSE responsibility commitment as part of daily work. 理解、接受并遵守日常工作中HSE相关责任承诺；
Participate in making the team to implement the relevant safety regulations for contractors.参与制定并执行对承包商的相关安全管理规定；
Familiar with safety risks of the position, and actively report safety risks 熟知岗位安全隐患、积极上报安全隐患
Practice the four do no harm culture and believe in a zero tolerance culture 践行四不伤害文化、相信零容忍文化
Familiar with safe working practices 安全作业规范熟知
Complete safety training 完成安全培训
Others assigned by line manager 直线经理安排的其他工作

Who we are looking for 任职要求

Bachelor degree or above with preferred major in Cable, Electrics or Mechanic 本科或以上学历，物流，电子或机械材料等工科专业优先考虑；
Rich experience in indirect purchasing especially for Capex, Construction etc 丰富的间接物料尤其是资产，基建, 物流，MRO，EHS采购的经验；
Able to work under pressure and challenge; Strong negotiation, cooperation and communication skills 能够在压力下工作；很强的谈判、合作和沟通能力；
Good communication and negotiation skills 良好的沟通能力,谈判技巧；
Good Office level, ERP experience required 熟练操作Office,有ERP操作经验；
Financial aptitude and good business understanding 财务能力和良好的商业头脑；
Good analytical skills 良好的分析能力
Good in Excel and PowerPoint 良好的Excel和PowerPoint能力
