Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company's overall objectives and promote a positive work environment.
Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, handling employee grievances, and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace.
Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching to drive employee development and engagement.
Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and support career development initiatives.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices that attract and retain top talent.
Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements, making recommendations for improvements and ensuring compliance.
Lead and inspire the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and cost control measures.
Utilize HR data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in the construction or related industry, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and legal regulations.
Excellent knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and make data-driven recommendations.
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
