- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company's overall objectives and promote a positive work environment.
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, handling employee grievances, and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching to drive employee development and engagement.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and support career development initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices that attract and retain top talent.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements, making recommendations for improvements and ensuring compliance.
- Lead and inspire the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and cost control measures.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in the construction or related industry, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and legal regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and make data-driven recommendations.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
