
HR Data Analyst

- Coordinating and maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Standardizing HR data and developing standard operating procedures
- Collaborating closely with the MD Team and Workday Team
- Assisting the HR departments in administrative and reporting tasks
- Conducting regular data validation and comparison to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor HR data and processes
- Completing assigned tasks and providing support for various HR-related activities
- Supporting data governance and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Delivering ad-hoc data and information as needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (required)
- Experience working with data (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially practical ability to use MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in written and oral English
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment
- Capability to independently handle tasks and work effectively in a team
- Positive, open personality with a “can do” attitude
- Experience with Workday system is an additional value
- Experience in an international organization in a similar role is a plus
