- Minimum three years of experience in a Bid Coordinator role
- Tertiary qualification in Journalism, Public Relations and/or written communications
- Experienced in working with subject matter experts in a bid response specifically, supporting solution development and the meeting of deadlines
- Experienced in maintaining document control and project management
- Advanced user of Microsoft Word and Office software suite
- Certification in Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design
- Build, and maintain, proposal questions responsibility matrices for future use
- Schedule and participate in bid kick-off and draft response review sessions
- Project manage SMEs and other response contributors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Set and manage expectation over the bid lifecycle (typically 3-5 weeks)
- Work cooperatively with Bid Managers, Sales and cross-functional teams to develop win themes, compelling responses to client questions and responses that highlight the company’s strengths and how to make a valuable contribution to achieving our clients’ business objectives
- Coordinate all bids and tasks in conformance to the company’s bid governance and approval process and methodology
- Work with Bid Managers and SMEs to complete Content Review sessions and develop persuasive bid responses

- Maintain a register of bid queries, and action all queries and responses within 12 hours of receiving
- File completed bid responses into the bid library, in conformance to the company's standards, ensuring library content is accurate, up to date and of high quality
- Hybrid (2 days/ week; Office-based, 3 days/week; Home-based)
