- You will participate in a major project related to data sharing within the Health Sector in Luxembourg. This project is developed according to the Gaia-X Framework.
- Such project will consist of legal research in the Legal IT, AI, within the Health sector and related to the Data Protection.
- In the light of your research, you will have to:
- summarize existing legal framework, assess gap, legal gap , missing legislations…;
- Propose new rules to be implemented and work on a proposal paper to fill the gap;
- Set new guidelines, standards to be followed by stakeholders;
- Implement the Gaia-X rules and principles in the project.
- Assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in building the project in accordance with the GDPR;
- Work with the Luxembourg government and authorities to provide the results of your research to improve the local legislation of Luxembourg.
- You will work closely with the DPO and Legal Advisor on these subjects at a local level and you will be in contact with the European legal team.
- An assertive team player, with the ability to work successfully with various stakeholders across the NTT organization and the partners of the Project.
- Highly organized personality and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable working in situations with imperfect information.
- You are able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- You are curious by nature and learn quickly.
- Minimum of Master Degree in Law in a European Country with, if possible, a specialization in the area of the project.
- Robust understanding of the GDPR. Other knowledge in AI, IT, Health data is a strong asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
