- Execute a revenue-focused customer growth strategy aligned with the company's new business goals
- Reinforce and monitor clear key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales metrics and revenue generation
- Coach, mentor, and lead the EMEA sales team to not only excel, level up their skills
- Maintain a strong collaboration with Enablement, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure revenue alignment
- Continue to build and execute the outbound function while balancing the requirements of our inbound
- Own your number - consistently meet and exceed your team goals to build a fruitful pipeline to achieve consistent quota attainment.
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
- Have full-cycle sales experience including a proven track record of over-delivering on sales targets
- Has an open mindset, persistence, resilient, and is highly coachable
- Demonstrate leading high-performance sales teams for 3+ years in the SMB or the Mid-Market space
- Comfortable creating and executing revenue generation plans
- Are experienced in a high-volume, fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Believe in an analytical mindset who can turn metrics into actionable insights and use data to drive decisions
- Willingness to join and be involved with high-impact customer meetings and sales opportunities whenever needed
- A coach mentality to reinforce systems, processes and skill development.
- Has experience managing a distributed sales team
- 3+ years of relevant sales leadership experience
- Bilingual with an emphasis on French and English.
- Ability to manage in a remote environment
- Proven track record of exceeding team quotas
- Have scaled a sales team and are comfortable creating process
- Passionate, positive, and exceptional problem-solving attitude
- Bring a growth mindset to work every day
- SaaS experience preferred
