We are currently looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team. Your role will encompass: Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends and patterns on a daily basis. Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations for sales teams and leadership. Evaluate sales performance against established KPIs and targets. Identify key drivers of sales success and areas needing improvement. Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting by analysing historical data, market trends and Company strategy. Provide insights into potential sales opportunities and challenges based on data analysis. Present data-driven insights to sales teams and management to guide decision-making. What you will bring to the role: Experience in data analysis, sales analytics, or a similar role (approximately 3-5 years). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience in CRM and Sales systems and Analysis Tools, Reporting and Dashboarding (e.g. BI) Excellent communication skills to convey data insights effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Problem-solving orientation with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methods is an advantage.
