As a Senior Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with the best talent for their teams. Ensure proper implementation execution of relationship management investment advisory strategies. Ensure proper sales spread between products. Aim to balance NTB (New to Bank customers) with increased penetration of existing customers to deepen the wallet share. Drive and deliver a radical improvement in customer service in the local market through dynamic service leadership and the implementation of customer service strategy. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Interact with new customers to detail explain all features & functions of products & assist in onboarding of customers. Ensure service levels are constantly improving. Meet Customer Migration targets.
