In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field of Fabrication while pursuing your academic goals.If you are passionate about engineering and eager to further your education while gaining valuable experience, we encourage you to apply for this apprenticeship position.Join us in shaping the future of engineering innovation!As a Fabrication Apprentice, you will learn the below:Completing a NVQ Level 3 standard in Fabrication and Welding over a 4-year period. You will also have day release to attend college to complete a BTEC and Higher BTEC qualifications.Performing and delivering Fabrication and Welding operations.Developing skills in the use of general hand tools and measuring equipment.Learning quality assurance activities.Learning Multi Coded Welding processes.Forming / cutting various metallic materials.Burning using Oxy-Fuel / Plasma processes.Operating Fabrication machinery and equipment.Working at Height.Maintenance and Inspection of Baker Hughes equipment and Reel Fleet using various non-destructive Inspection techniques.Produce drawings using CAD.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a minimum of 3 GCSE qualifications (Grade 4-6) to include Maths, English and a Science subject.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.HighlightsHands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Career development opportunities within the organization.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
