- Aid Franchisees in executing company approved, systematic training and development programs
- Provide timely, constructive feedback for performance improvement; recognize and celebrate franchisee’s accomplishments and contributions
- Encourage collaboration with franchisees in portfolio
- Influence franchisees on value of the people development component of their business plan and provide guidance on organizational structure and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with all company standards, operational procedures and applicable regulatory requirements
- Analyze franchisee P&L and operations
- Deliver consistent operating standards in accordance with the Häagen-Dazs Shop customer service (BCE) and environmental ( ESP) audits.
- Maintain excellent collaboration relationship with Marketing, Logistics, HR, Development and Training departments respectively to ensure functional excellence within Shops in terms of effective marketing plans, accurate demand and delivery, and effective HR and training plans.
- Support and collaborate with the Development Department / Training Department concerning new shop openings. To follow the approved New Shop Opening procedure
- Regulary weekly shop visits amd monthly documented business reviews. Each shop visit is reported, documented and loaded into Sales Force ( Shop Visit reported loaded into Vault )
- Ensure the implementation and use of tools such as: Leadership program, Essentials, Ambassador, Management Training Centre(MTC), my haagen, SBE Doc-Routing, Vault, Ebuy ordering tool, HD performance measurements actual BCE and Mystery Shopper, Operations manual, EPOS etc
- Solicit customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community
- Analyze monthly sales, profit and budgetary results, and provides timely feedback, analysis and direction to restaurant management
- Ensure execution and compliance with all security, food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Sound understanding of the finance, operational & employee management fundamentals of running a business.
- Success in leading, motivating and influencing others.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
- Able to get on well with people of all cultures and statuses
