​Our client is a market leading premium ecommerce brand with growth firmly on their agenda.Leading the way in their sector, they are continuing to grow market share, expanding product ranges and launching into new international territories.An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced CRM specialist to join their marketing team to truly become the voice of the customer, managing customer communications across every touchpoint.Job Description:Be the brand, category and competitor expert: identifying strengths & weaknesses and actioning tactics to ensure they are competitive and grow market shareDevelop & optimise the brand communications throughout the customer journey, taking ownership & executing the customer comms/ CRM strategy, working with channel owners to deliver against set KPIsManage marketing communications and campaigns, working with the Performance Marketing, Brand and Content teams, plus external agenciesManage all aspects of customer comms, establishing a core CRM strategyTake responsibility for growing the lifetime value of customers, through design and execution of targeted customer lifecycle activityGrow, manage and develop a high performing CRM teaFor much more information on my client please apply immediately
