We are the Perfect match if you... have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience as a Presales Engineer or in a similar technical role within the SAAS industry Strong technical background and understanding of SAAS solutions, cloud computing, APIs, and web technologies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with customers' challenges and translate them into technical solutions Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt solutions to unique customer requirements Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events Past experience in the Financial Services / Gaming / E-Commerce industry could be a plus Ability to take ownership of process and outcomes Self-starter with the motivation to take on new challenges, entrepreneurial mindset Here's what your day would look like... Revenue Strategy and Planning - Insights and Analysis leading to decisions on sales strategy and planning Execution - building guardrails, incentive plans, forecasting, driving results Establish and drive a well-defined process that enforces great discipline in sales, delivering achievement of targets through core sales excellence models Devise the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to run the Sales Engine effectively (Addressable Market, Territory Mapping, Account Allocation, Pipeline Models, Capacity Management, Compensation, Onboarding & Training) Analyze sales data, separate the signal from the noise and identify key trends to inform sales strategies Drive integrated planning (across Acquisition, Retention, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Category) to ensure all teams have fully interlocked goals contributing to overall revenue growth in line with AOP Determine the Size of Prize to evaluate the product penetration in existing accounts and unearth the possibilities of multi-dimensional expansion Increase the ease of doing business with IDfy by escalating, and solving for, customer/partner issues that impede product adoption Coach pipeline discipline leading to healthy coverage and infuse the proper forecast rigor, accuracy and accountability Instill sales process discipline, adherence to standards and excellence in execution while holding sales managers accountable to quality and accuracy Identify key customer objectives and define strategic playbooks for the sales process used against key competitors Conduct regular audits of sales pitch and account mapping techniques used by the sales team, improving them at every stage Excited already Our culture thrives on..
