Legal head role and will lead one subordinate to look after China business.The Legal Head will serve as the primary legal advisor to the company, overseeing and managing the legal department, and supporting the company's research and development, production, sales, and M&A activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent legal knowledge, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Oversee and manage the legal team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure efficient and effective legal operations, including case management, document drafting, and contract review.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice and guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Leadership Role|Excellent Corporate Culture and Work Environment

Bachelor's degree in law or related field, with a master's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a legal department or law firm, with management experience preferred.
M&A project experience is mandatory.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages as required.
