The MEP - Design Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day MEP design engineering tasks are executed efficiently in commercial and Industrial building projects. Experience 4 to 6 years Job Location Chennai Qualification and Scope Perform Sr. Design Engineer role for Electrical/. HVAC / Fire protection system. Coordinate with Clients/Architect Team on gathering inputs and requirements for the above service, Prepare man-hour Estimation. Preparing list of detailed deliverables like Project schedule, Concept Design Documents, Tender, BOQ, and budget etc. Coordinate with Design team & Architect for space requirements. Preparation of Concept design on MEP Design Services. Submit concept design to Clients & Architects for their review. Presenting the Concept designs to Clients/Architects. Coordinate with BIM modeler & Drafter and preparation of Detail design documents including Drawings, BOQ, and Tender etc. Co-ordinate with Architect for approval of Drawings.
