- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and career development initiatives.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Handle employee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR-related issues and support business growth initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on architecture and engineering consulting firms.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
