  • Responsible for design of actuator assemblies, sub-assemblies and components
  • Responsible to support supplier development team to finalize the drawings
  • Responsible component change and deviation analysis
  • Preparation/release of technical documents, e.g. drawings, specifications, D-FMEA reports etc.
  • Provide technical assessment with methodology, e.g., tolerance calculation, FE simulation, kinematic analysis etc.
  • Lead or support VAVE projects
  • Support prototyping
  • Support plant production and safe launch
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above. Major in mechanical engineering and its automation, mechatronic systems, vehicle systems or related
  • No less than 3-year working experience in electro-mechanical actuator or hydraulic system, or systems with complicated motions
  • No less than 3-year working experience in component development with focus on plastic molding, aluminum die casting, stamping, sealing etc.
  • Experience in supplier development
  • Familiar with principles of GD&T
  • Familiar with 2D & 3D design software (Creo/Pro-E is a must) and simulation software (e.g. Ansys)
  • Flexibility (location & time)
  • Good verbal skills of English is mandatory (CET6 or above), German is a plus
  • Good presentation skills
