Operations Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Officer to oversee the efficient functioning of multiple offices within our organization. The Operations Officer will be responsible for supervising employees across various sectors including security service, property and real estate, barbering salon, and a block factory. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum qualification of a degree and demonstrate exceptional leadership and managerial skills.
Responsibilities: * Supervision and Management:
  • Oversee the activities of workers across different offices, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Financial Management:
  • Bank monthly cash from sales transactions promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure timely and accurate generation and submission of invoices to clients.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Streamline operational processes to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of each office, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Inventory and Resource Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels across all offices and coordinate procurement activities as needed.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure smooth operations and prevent disruptions.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in each sector, including health and safety regulations.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard company assets and ensure the safety of employees and clients.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels between different offices and departments.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a multi-sector environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the job.
