- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the software and technology sector, with a focus on custom development, data solutions, RPA, infrastructure, and security.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive significant revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Lead software demonstrations, address technical inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, ensuring both profitability and high customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop the sales team, providing guidance on consultative sales, negotiation strategies, and industry best practices.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, generate insightful reports for management and recommend improvements to commercial processes.
- Responsible for driving to various client sites and sales events in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
- Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
- Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales cycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and communicate with leaders and team members.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage client expectations.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
