Software Development Engineer - Well-funded FinTech start-up disrupting the banking community with their highly secure API connectivity solution connectivity consumer business to banks for real-time payments seeks to hire a three Software Development Engineers for their growing team in London. Opportunity to be part of something new and innovative following a significant funding round. Opportunity for the Software Development Engineer to work closely with the Open-Source community.The Software Development Engineer will;
  • Technical design and architecture of products
  • Engage with clients to discuss product offering, define requirements and customer experience improvement
  • Develop, build and maintain APIs, tools, automation and monitoring tools using
  • Take part in online demos and writing technical tutorials
  • Work closely with open-source community proving materials, guides and documentation
  • Build and manage a FinTech API community
  • This position is not a Sales Engineer position but will require client engagement (no travel).
  • The client will give the successful Engineer to research and learn new programming languages
The Software Development Engineer will have:
  • Experience working within start-up environment - FinTech, RegTech, Payments type organisations
  • Coding experience within Java environment
  • Experience working directly with third-party developers
  • Knowledge of APIs and distributed systems architecture
