Performance Tester - 1 year of commercial performance testing experience is required for this position. An exciting opportunity is available with an expanding financial services team in London. They require a Performance Tester to join a growing team responsible for performance testing for their agile projects, focusing on high-performance financial market data-driven software. They require a Performance Tester with ideally 1 year of commercial experience within a performance testing environment. Lots of progression and scope to build upon experience within a highly experienced team.The Performance Tester will:
  • Work as part of a team managing performance testing for business-critical electronic trading and financial market data-based products.
  • Functional and Load Testing responsibilities.
  • Identification: Locate system bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams.
  • Identify and undertake Spike Testing
  • with CI/CD Pipelines: Facilitate seamless integration of performance testing solutions.
  • Reporting: Interpret test results and establish consistent reporting processes.
The Performance Tester will have:
  • A degree in STEM related subject
  • A minimum of 1 year commercial performance testing or functional testing experience.
  • Experience with Neoload or other performance testing tools such as LoadRunner - WebLoad.
  • Experience working within either Java or C# environments considered.
