The Technical Deployment Engineer is responsible for delivering a world-class and modern customer experience is one of the topmost priorities for us as we move into the next phase of our growth. We are looking for senior-level deployment engineers who are passionate about creating seamless and positive experiences for consumers of Saviynt products and services. In this role, you are responsible for the execution and outcome of deployment programs globally, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and increase adoption of Saviynt products and services.WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Responsible for quality deployment of releases into customer environments. This role is critical to the safety of the production environment and helps prevent the introduction of bad or untested code into production on which the organization's internal and external customers depend.
  • Assists in the successful deployment of integrated or stand-alone releases into non-production or production environments.
  • Deployment Engineers support the mission to continually lead, facilitate, and coordinate synchronized releases by using the program to maximize the value delivered to their program Customers.
  • Understanding systems development lifecycles and quality assurance.
  • Partner with the Release Manager to define requirements, unique configurations, and impacts to customer's implementation
  • Develop implementation checklists and execute them
  • Perform Sanity testing to validate system availabilityAssist customer to define unique test cases for the Quality Assurance team to execute
  • Execute the following activities; environment snapshot, environment recovery, backup, scripts, Catapult deploymentsCross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues
  • Knowledge of system-level and integration level testing
  • Proficiency in specifying and implementing testing and production environment infrastructure
  • Strong quality assurance background
  • Excellent understanding of the continuous integration practice
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 12+ years of experience in a role with a direct impact on customer experience
  • Exemplary communication, data analysis, and relationship skills (verbal, written, and presentations)skills.
  • Track record of successful program management and strategic operations
  • Experience with enterprise products or services
  • Preferred: Identity and Access Management domain experience
