- Configure, develop functional specifications, test, and provide application support for SAP ECC for SD.
- Pricing functions and processes within SAP SD for configuration, testing, and support.
- Establish relationships with stakeholders to understand business drivers and objectives.
- Collaborate with end users to comprehend and assess business flows, processes, specific issues, and requirements.
- Evaluate and ensure system functionality of existing processes and manage small to medium-sized SAP SD projects, including budget, timelines, communications, and deliverables.
- Understand end-to-end business processes and integration points and develop process scenarios and test plans.
- Create and implement functional design specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms within SAP ECC.
- Develop system documentation and assist with end-user training as necessary.
- Create and maintain test plans for current and future functionality.
- Participate in long-range planning, prioritize projects, and conduct cost/benefit analysis.
- Collaborate with personnel and management in translating business requirements into applied solutions across manufacturing platforms and technologies.
- Work with process teams to implement integrated business solutions and provide solid technical mentorship to IT peers and business personnel.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of SAP experience and a minimum of 4 years of experience with manufacturing companies with global operations.
- Experience working on full lifecycle deployment on at least one large scale ERP implementation.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP module touch points of business processes
- Proven ability to define complex business requirements to determine appropriate SAP solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP configuration and supporting data structures.
- Proven ability to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions that support business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to implement best business practices throughout an organization.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven project management skills to drive completion of critical deliverables.
- Ability to work in a team and project environment.
- Moderate travel required (11 – 29 days per year)
- Work environment is typical of an office setting.
